Mr. Mani Sagar is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, University of Delhi and has over 6 years of experience. His area of specialization include: International Relations, Comparative Government and Politics and Dr. Ambedkar and his thoughts. His publications include journal articles as well as chapters in the edited books. His recent work “Dr. B.R. Ambedkar- Biography”, has been included in text booklet of schools by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. In educational domain, he has received his Bachelor degree in Political Science, University of Delhi. Later, received MA and M.Phil. degree from University of Delhi. He is pursuing his Ph.D. degree from Department of Adult, Continuing Education & Extension, University of Delhi on theme “Role of English in Dalit emancipation in the era of globalization”. He has been regularly presenting papers and participating in National as well as International seminars/workshops. He has contributed immensely to the administrative domain of the college. He served as convener of committees of the College including Debating society, Attendance and Internal assessment committee and as a member of several committees. He was also a member of the governing body of the college. He is currently Teacher In-charge of the Department of Political Science of the college.
